The goods (Elev8, Acceler8, Gr8 Kids etc.) are shipped from the plant where B-EPIC supplements are produced, located in Utah, USA.
When you first signed up and placed your initial order, you provided shipping information to use for the order. That information is saved in your account as the Default Shipping Profile for future shipments. But you can change your shipping information after-the-fact as often as you like.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or USA holidays. Also, please allow more time if you are outside the continental USA.
If you do not receive the package from the shipping carrier/mail carrier, contact them directly to coordinate getting your package from them. You are responsible for tracking packages that you ordered to be shipped to you.
On acceptance of orders, BEpic will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. Dyson will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events such as a pandemic. But B-Epic staff strives to ship orders immediately.

United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, EU states, Israel
Note: the table shows the usual delivery terms, which in some cases may be more or less. This terms do not apply to certain selected remote overseas locations.
What is the shipping cost?
Delivery cost depends on the composition of your order and country of residence.
The minimum shipping cost is for US residents, because the products are delivered within one country.
For example, the delivery cost of a pack, which includes 1 Aссeler8 box (60 pills) and 1 Elev8 box (30 pills), ranges from 8.45 US dollars in the United States and up to 12.95 US dollars in other countries. The cost of 2 vials of Rejuven8 serum reaches 16.95 US dollars. When ordering several packs of products, the cost of delivery rises by several dollars.
You will see the exact cost of delivery of your parcel during the order process.
Where will an order be delivered?
In the case of delivery of the order within the United States, it will be delivered to your address.
If you live in another country, the order may be delivered to the nearest post office, if this is common practice in your country.
When is the shipping cost paid?
You pay the shipping cost immediately, at the time of placing the order.
You do not need to pay anything when the order is delivered.
Delivery tracking numbers are available in the account’s Order History after the package has been processed by the shipping carrier.
To view this information, log into your B-Epic member account. In the Back Office (online dashboard), go to the menu at the top of the screen, click on “Home”, then click on “Order History”. Next to each order, it will list the tracking order once it has officially posted from the shipping carrier.
